We reserve the right to cancel orders made by individuals who are not legally eligible to enter into agreements, including orders made by minors without guardian consent.

ΙΙΙ. CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Order Process and Formation of Contract

1.1. Submitting an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before submitting, you must confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy by selecting the corresponding checkbox.

Please review all product details (including price, color, size, and description) before submitting your order. Errors in your order can be corrected before completion by using your browser’s “Back” button. If you discover an error after submission, contact us immediately.

1.2. Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt (“We have received your order”). This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

1.3. Order Acceptance

Once we verify product availability, pricing, and details, we will send you a confirmation email (“Order Accepted and Shipped”). At that point, a binding sales contract is formed between you and the Store.

If a product is unavailable or an error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform you accordingly.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are final, include VAT, and are shown on each product page. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.

Available payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (within Greece only)
  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

All card payments are securely processed through Piraeus Bank’s online payment system. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your card details.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the estimated delivery time shown on your order confirmation. Deliveries will be completed no later than 30 calendar days after order acceptance, unless delayed by events beyond our control (force majeure).

3.2. Delivery Methods

You may select your preferred delivery option at checkout. Delivery costs depend on your location and order weight/volume and are displayed prior to payment.

If you choose your own courier, our responsibility ends once the goods are handed over to your courier.

3.3. Force Majeure

In case of events such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, or government actions beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. If such an event exceeds 45 days, either party may cancel the order without penalty.

4. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business use), you may withdraw from the sale contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at customercare@liuba.style and send a completed Withdrawal Form (available on our Website). We will confirm receipt of your request.

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the full purchase price, including delivery fees (excluding additional express delivery costs), within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment.

Returns within Greece are free of charge. Returns from outside Greece must be sent at your own cost.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products customized or made to order, or unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items), cannot be returned.

5. Returns & Replacements

If you receive the wrong item, size, or color — or if the fit is unsatisfactory — you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt by emailing customercare@liuba.style or submitting a request in your account.

The first return within Greece is free; subsequent or international returns incur shipping costs.

All items must be in original condition, unused, with all labels attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Defective Products

If a product is defective or lacks agreed qualities, you are entitled to:

  • A free repair or replacement (if possible),
  • A proportional price reduction, or
  • A full refund, if the defect is significant.

These rights are provided under Greek Law (Article 5, Law 2251/1994 & Article 540, Civil Code) and remain valid for two years after purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

7. Commercial Warranty

Some manufacturers or importers may provide an additional commercial warranty. Please refer to the documentation included with your product for details.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any related contracts are governed by Greek Law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Courts of Athens, Greece, unless local consumer protection laws of your residence provide otherwise.
