Shipping & Returns

At LIUBΛ, every order is handled with care and love. We want your shopping experience to feel as effortless and joyful as our designs — from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.

SHIPMENTS TO GREECE

All domestic deliveries are handled by ACS or BOXNOW. Shipping within Greece is free of charge.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Athens: 1–2 business days
  • Rest of Greece & Islands: 1–3 business days
  • Remote areas: 1–5 business days

If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional €3 fee applies.

SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS

Deliveries to Cyprus arrive within 7–10 business days. A €5 shipping fee applies. If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional €3 fee applies.

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE

Your order will be shipped via an international courier directly to your door.
Shipping cost: €10
Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days.

WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS

We proudly ship worldwide. All international orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners straight to your door.
Shipping cost: €20
Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days.

Exchanges

We hope you adore your LIUBΛ piece, but if the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Print and fill in the online return form found on our website.
  2. In the Reason for Return field, select “Exchange for a different size.”
  3. Sign the form and include it in your return parcel.
  4. Please return your item within 7 business days, in its original packaging and with all barcode tags intact.
  5. All returns must be made via courier to our headquarters (returns by post cannot be accepted).
  6. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.

We take great care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. Should you notice any irregularities or damage, please notify us within 2 days of delivery so we can assist with a quick replacement. After this period, we are unable to accept claims for faulty items.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items returned in their original condition within 7 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery payments, please include your bank account details so we can process your refund.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Pre-orders cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To request a refund, fill in the return form included in your package, indicate “Refund” in the Reason for Return field, sign it, and return it with your item.

Return Form

Your return form is also included in your delivery package. Please fill in all required fields, sign it, and include it with the product you are returning.

Return & Replacement Policy

Our mission is to make your experience as smooth and transparent as possible. We provide detailed information about our materials, fit, and sizing (see our Size Chart) so you can shop with confidence.

If you received an incorrect item, or the fit isn’t as expected, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement.

To start the process, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at customercare@liuba.style — including the reason for the return and your contact details. If you have a registered account, you can also submit a return request directly through your profile by selecting “Returns.”

Once your request is approved, we or our courier partner will contact you to arrange a collection.

The first return within Greece is free of charge. For returns outside Greece, and for subsequent returns within Greece, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The return must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The return must include the original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.).
  • Items must be in perfect condition, with all tags and labels attached, free of stains, damage, or alterations.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including protective cases, if applicable).
  • All changes are based on the purchase price, including discounted or coupon purchases.
  • Color or size exchanges within the same style code are possible.
  • If returning multiple items from one order, please send them all together.
  • All original receipts or invoices must be included; otherwise, the return cannot be processed.
