SHIPMENT TO GREECE
Our shipments are made with Elta Courier and the delivery time is:
- 1-2 business days for delivery within Athens.
- 1-3 working days for delivery are required for the rest of Greece and the islands.
- 1-5 business days for delivery may apply to remote areas that are difficult to reach
If you choose to pay on delivery, there will be an additional cost of 3 euros
SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS
The products will be delivered to Cyprus in 7-10 days.

SHIPMENT TO EUROPE
Your products will be sent through a courier company to your door The items will arrive within 3-6 business days.
WORLDWIDE SHIPMENT
Your products will be sent through a courier company to your door. Shipping fee is 20 euro.

Exchanges
You may exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. To exchange an item, simply print and fill in the online return form existing at our website and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish to exchange it for a different size. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging. All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is traveling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).
Refunds
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders. Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. To request for a refund, simply fill in the return form that you will receive with your delivery package and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field that you wish a refund. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging where you should also sign and enclose the signed return sent to you along with the initial parcel.

Find the form in your delivery package and fill in all the necessary fields. Then sign it and enclose it with the item you would like to return.
Return/Replacement Policy
In our Store, we aim to offer the best possible shopping experience and to provide as much information as possible about our products, their quality and their fitting (indicatively through the use of the "Size Chart" tool). If you received products in a different design, colour or size from the one you ordered, or if you are not satisfied with the fitting of the product you received, you may proceed to its replacement. If you wish to change, replace, or return the product you have purchased, you may contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt at the e-mail address “customercare@liuba.style” and inform us of the reason for the change / replacement and your contact phone number/email. Alternatively, if you are a registered user of our online Store (user account), you may submit the relevant request by clicking on the "Returns" option, which appears in your profile. We or one of our courier partners will then contact you to collect the return parcel. The first return of an order is completely free of charge within Greece. For all returns of orders outside Greece, as well as for the second and subsequent returns of an order within Greece, the Customer will be charged with the return costs of the products.
Return/Replacement conditions :
- The product should not have been used.
- The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product.
- The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail receipt, invoice, delivery note-invoice, etc.).
- The products must be in perfect condition, identical to the condition in which they were received by the Customer. They must be unworn, bear all labels, without damage, stains or alterations.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and where provided; protective cases must be returned as they are considered part of the product.
- All changes are made on a purchase price basis. The same applies in cases where the purchase is made using a promotional coupon or after a discount has been applied. An exclusion to this rule applies to cases of changes regarding color and/or size within the same product code.
- When returning more than 1 product which were included in the same order, all products must be returned together and at the same time.
- All original receipts or invoices of the order must be attached to the returned items. Otherwise no change or return can be made.
